Processing time
• Orders are prepared and packed within 2-5 business days.
Shipping times (tracked)
• Austria: 1–2 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (where available)

Right of withdrawal
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Return shipping
You’re free to choose your preferred return method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If a tracked package appears lost, please contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and support you through the process.
