We ship worldwide from Austria.
Processing time: All orders are prepared within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delays: Shipping times may be affected by high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control.
Customs & duties: Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@resity.shop with your name and order number.
If the estimated delivery time has passed without arrival, please email us.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or because it was not collected from the post office, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipping costs.
Alternatively, we can refund the item’s value (excluding shipping fees).
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a loss in value from the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Each case is handled individually, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
